This Saturday we will serve as a site for Family-to-Family’s collection of welcoming kits for immigrant children who were taken from their families and are now being detained in a local facility. Please drop off items at the Market tent. Please bring ONLY the items listed below the body of this message.

Look out for new vendor Brooklyn Biscuit Company. Their biscuits come in both sweet and savory flavors and serve as a delicious base for their sandwiches— the quintessential NY bacon-egg-and-cheese in the morning and pulled pork in the afternoon.

Summer squash blossoms, blueberries, and more tomatoes will make their way to the market. Deer Creek Collective is back with their iced teas. Sweethearth will return with her vegan cauliflower brownies. And don't miss Painted Goat's feta for some watermelon mint salad.

On a final note, we would like to take this moment to honor and celebrate all of the immigrants whose hard work makes the Market possible. Immigrants grow, harvest, and sell the vegetables, fruit, and meat we buy. Immigrants prepare the food we enjoy. Immigrants perform the music we dance to. Immigrants volunteer to run the Market we all love. An immigrant’s proud daughter wrote this email.
