Sun Sprout spouts scallions & baby greens

If you have been unable to get out today on account of the weather or the coyotes, fret not-there's an indoor market tomorrow!

Simon from Sun Sprout has informed us of the first scallions of the season, along with greenhouse goodies like arugula, baby kale, and spinach! Not sure how to use a scallion or get confused determining when to use the green versus the white part? Check out this guide from The Kitchn. 

MOMO is back-they missed their February due to the flu. Their edamame dip is a great Oscar party snack tray. and their sesame dressing brightens any salad.

Speaking of the flu-Honey Locust Farmhouse still has a few bottles of her handcrafted elderberry syrup-made with elderberries from her own farm. Elderberry is a great supplement to boost immunity and reduce the severity and lenght of flu and cold-related symptoms.
